Authentic Threads — Return & Exchange Policy

At Authentic Threads, we believe you should feel entirely confident in everything you wear. If your selection isn’t quite the right fit, we are delighted to assist you with a seamless return or exchange.

1. Timelines

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted beyond this window are unable to be processed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, all garments and items must remain in their original, pristine condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Intact original tags and packaging.
Free from stains, odors, or any visible signs of wear.

Items returned that do not meet these standards will be respectfully declined and returned to sender.

3. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To begin your request, please reach out to our Concierge Team via our official social media channels or through the contact portal on our website. Please include:

Your Order Number.
The specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
A brief reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and provide you with personalized instructions.

4. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Should your requested size or piece be out of stock, our team will happily guide you through suitable alternatives or issue a store credit.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned package arrives at our studio, it will undergo a brief quality inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times depending on your banking institution.

6. Shipping & Handling

Applicable return shipping rates will be outlined during the confirmation process. (If your item arrives incorrect or defective, shipping fees will be fully waived.)

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately with your order number and photo documentation so we can promptly rectify the issue at no cost to you.
